We are offering in-person workshops and summer camps throughout June and July. Spots are limited, so reserve yours soon!
Summer Camps
Monday through Wednesday at 1 - 5:00pm
$60/day for camps
$150/all three days for camps with discount and includes snacks
Camps include music exploration on acoustic and electric instruments, midday snack break and guided song practice from various genres. Students can suggest songs they enjoy during the camps.
Summer Grrrlz Jam (ages 12-18)
$300/term
Wednesdays at 5:30 - 7:30pm, June through August
In this class, students will get to play music with rock star music mentors while learning about a diversity of women musicians and songwriters in a safe space where they can explore various instruments and try out new skills with other grrrlz. No experience required, all instruments and instruction provided. All grrrl-identifying youth ages 12-18 are welcome, including trans and nonbinary youth.

$300/term
Mondays at 5:30 - 7:30pm, June through August
Explore various instruments, jam out on your favorite songs and learn a variety of genres while hanging out with supportive and experienced musicians. This jam focuses more on electric and rock options. Song choices vary week to week and students are encouraged to make suggestions. No musical experience required, instruments provided. Make new friends, learn new instruments, just have fun jamming!

Family Jam Sundays (Music Exploration Workshop for Families)
Sundays at 1 - 2:30 pm
$10 - $15 per person sliding scale, one class per week
Enjoy a musical afternoon with the family in this special weekly hour-and-a-half rock camp style workshop! You will learn songs together in a group setting with experienced and supportive musicians that want you and your family to have fun and explore a variety of instruments while playing family-friendly songs together. No musical experience necessary, all instruments provided, songs vary on a weekly basis and include one acoustic and one electric song choice each week.

MEPAA provides in person and remote instruction to students in their homes on instruments of their choice. MEPAA instructors are trained to customize lessons to follow student interest and keep music fun and engaging. Lessons start with songs and artists students like and develop the skills to play along. Growth and direction of lessons are student driven. Financial assistance and scholarship options available. Donations make it all possible!
